Follow-Up Consultations are 30–45 minute sessions designed to monitor your progress, review any changes in symptoms, and adjust your herbal formula as needed. This ensures your prescription continues to meet your body’s evolving needs.

Your formulas are provided fortnightly, with the flexibility to make changes between batches for optimal results. If posting is required, a £4.50 postage fee applies.

Follow-Ups are available in-person, online via Zoom or telephone call, and are an essential part of achieving the best results from your herbal treatment plan.

Vitalist Herbal Consultation

Experience holistic healing rooted in Vitalist Herbalism at Peridot Flow Wellness Centre. Our 60–90 minute 1-to-1 sessions combine Western Herbalism and Ayurvedic principles to create a personalised remedy based on your unique constitution and current needs.

Your formulas are provided fortnightly, allowing us to review and adjust as needed for your progress. If you’d like your prescription posted to you, a £4.50 postage fee will apply.

Natural Soap Making Workshop - Friday 8th May 2026

Create your own natural, plant-based soap in this hands-on 3-hour soap making workshop at Peridot Flow Wellness Centre.
This beginner-friendly session guides you through traditional cold-process soap making using natural oils, essential oils, and natural colourants. All ingredients, equipment, and safety materials are provided.
You’ll take home your own handmade soap loaf, boxed in a hand-held cardboard loaf box so it can cure safely at home before cutting into bars.
